Utility OX (formerly Equappment) introduces major new features for utility contractors, including Time Clock tracking, Task Sheets with automatic Red Line drawings, and draw-area mapping for Locate Tickets and Job Locations.
Let's take a look ...

THE SAME TEAM. THE SAME MISSION. A STRONGER NAME.
We've got big news --- Equappment is now Utility OX!
Same people. Same mission. But a tougher name that fits who we are an what we do best - helping utility contractors keep jobs on track and crews productive.
Why the change? Because Utility OX better represents the muscle and reliability of the app - it pulls the load for your business, keeps projects moving, and makes managing your crews, equipment, and paperwork simpler than ever.
And along with the new name, we've rolled out several new features that make Utility OX even stronger for your daily operations.
TRACK HOURS EFFORTLESSLY WITH THE NEW TIME CLOCK FEATURE.

No more paper timecards or guessing who worked what hours on what job.
Crews can now clock in and out directly from the field, recording time against specific jobs or tasks.
For managers, that means accurate, real-time time reports that can be used for:
Payroll and labor costing
Production summaries
Job progress tracking
Everything is logged automatically in the app - so you spend less time chasing time cards and more time running jobs.
TASK SHEETS + AUTOMATIC RED LINE DRAWINGS

We're taking job documentation to a new level.
Now you can import your project drawings, turn them into tasks, assign equipment and crew, and log production as work gets completed.
And when those tasks are marked complete, Utility OX automatically adds them to your Red Line drawing - giving you an up-to-date as-built record of what's been installed, where, and when.
No more juggling separate drawings, spreadsheets and photos. Everything stays organized and synced.
Bonus: You can export the Red Line drawings and production reports directly from the app for client hand-offs or internal reporting.
DRAW LOCATE TICKET AREAS

We know a single pin doesn't always tell the whole story.
That's why you can draw locate ticket areas directly on the map - perfect for long trench routes, multiple bores, or overlapping work zones.
You'll see every locate ticket area clearly defined with color-coded status indicators, so you always know:
Which areas are cleared and ready to dig
Which tickets are about to expire
Which tickets need resubmitting
Better visibility means fewer delays, fewer fines, and fewer headaches.
DEFINE JOB LOCATIONS BY AREA
Not every job happens at a single address.
with the new Job Area Drawing feature, you can now map out your project footprint - from a small neighborhood to a multi-mile fiber run - and view it directly in your Job Dashboard.
This gives your team a clearer understanding of the entire work zone and makes it easy to associate tasks, tickets, and documentation with specific sections of the job.
BUILT TOUGH FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
These new updates build on everything you already love about Utility OX - a simple, jobsite-ready platform that keeps your crews, equipment, and management team connected.
Whether you're managing one crew or twenty, Utility OX gives you a single source of truth for all your job details, resources, and documentation.
And we're just getting started . . .
Up next: advanced job costing, revenue tracking, and deeper reporting tools to help you manage your operations - not just in the field but in the office too.
